Everyone's busy. Nobody agrees on what comes first.

You've got a lot of things open at the same time: new markets, new products, new kinds of customers, and no clear priority between them.

Ask your sales, marketing and delivery leaders what matters most next quarter, and you get three different answers.

You're all so deep in the day-to-day that nobody stops long enough to decide.

When you talk about it internally, the same people ask the same questions and land in the same place.

"we were so deep in the day-to-day, in the daily basis... I think we have the same vision, but we do not have the same answers to the good questions."

What we work through

01

The 5 Valleys of Death

Five places growth gets stuck: you can create but can't market, market but can't sell, sell but can't deliver, deliver but can't renew, or renew but can't expand. We find the one you're in.

02

The 3Ps

Problem, Product or Platform. Each stage needs something different from sales, marketing and customer success, and your leaders may not agree on which one you're in.

03

Your go-to-market on one slide

Eight questions that connect your strategy to what your teams do every week. Your team answers the first four with me, live, in the second session.

What you leave with

  1. Your go-to-market on one slide, built live with your team. (GTM Partners calls it the GTM OS on a slide.)

  2. Your stage and your valley, named. Problem, Product or Platform, and the place your growth is stuck.

  3. Your assessment results, including where your leaders answered differently.

  4. A ranked 90-day project list, plus what you won't take on this quarter.

  5. Recommended next steps. Ideal customer and positioning work, work on one of the other areas, or a referral to someone who's a better fit.

All of it for $999 (value $7,000).

What clients say about working with me

A customer they'd been meeting for 18 months finally bought

"a customer that we've been meeting with for around eighteen months... we'd built a great rapport with them, and they hadn't bought anything. And now we came to them with new messaging... they were immediately responsive... and we just closed the first deal with them."

Revenue up around 130%, Aug to Sep vs. the same period last year

"since we made the shift comparing August and most part of September with the same period last year, our revenue is up. Around 130%, more or less."

Three different answers, put together into one

"I think the fact that the 3 of us gave you different answers to the same question is probably the reason why we needed to work with you... having you come in and kind of put all of our thoughts together into one was really helpful."

What leadership teams say about this work

These sessions use GTM Partners' frameworks, and I'm a GTM OS Certified Partner.

GTM OS Certified Partner

"Everyone says they want focus, but when you actually start talking about stopping initiatives, people feel it immediately... GTM Planning forced us to make those tradeoffs explicit so the company can invest where it will actually move growth."

"When you align the leadership team around what actually drives revenue instead of everyone chasing different priorities, the whole company starts moving in the same direction."

"For the first time, we had leadership alignment around exactly where we were going to invest and where we weren't."

"As a leadership team we had to confront the reality that you can't pursue every opportunity... you have to decide what matters most and align the company around that."

CMOworkforce solutions company

"Go-to-market used to feel like a set of initiatives we were trying to manage all at once. What changed for us was starting to treat it like a system."

CEOHR and staffing company

"Now the entire leadership team is aligned on the end goal and how we actually measure whether we're getting there."

This is for you if

  • Your company, division or business unit brings in $3M to $50M.
  • Your product already sells, again and again.
  • At least three leaders, including the CEO, can come to both sessions and the readout. For example the CEO plus sales, marketing, delivery or customer success.

This isn't for you if

  • You're early-stage and still finding out who buys.
  • The founder still does everything.
  • Only one or two of you can be there, or the CEO can't.

Why three leaders.

The session works because your leaders see where they disagree. With two people that doesn't happen, so I don't run it for two.

Every team starts with a 15-minute call. If I don't think this is the right fit for you, I'll tell you there.

How it works

  1. 1

A call to see if it's a fit

    15 minutes

We talk about where your team is right now and who would be in the room. If this isn't the right fit, I'll tell you.

  2. 2

    Pre-work

10 to 15 minutes, each leader on their own

Each leader takes the GTM Partners assessment separately, so nobody's answers influence anyone else's.

  3. 3

    Session 1

    2 hours

I walk you through the 5 Valleys of Death and the 3Ps, and we start going through your assessment results together.

  4. 4

    Session 2

2 hours, same week as Session 1

Your team maps its go-to-market on one slide, starting with the first four questions. I'll ask about who your best customers are and what your products are really worth to them.

  5. 5

    Readout

30 to 40 minutes, a few days to a week after Session 2

I present the written readout: your slide, your assessment results, your stage and valley, your 90-day priorities, what not to do, and what I'd do next.

2027 plans are being made right now

Most leadership teams set next year's budgets and priorities in the next few weeks. Once the team is mid-execution, nobody wants outside input that changes the plan, so the time for it is before next year starts.

Sessions run between October 20 and December 18, so your 90-day list is ready before 2027 starts.

READY FOR2027

You've paid for outside help before and wondered if it would be worth it. Here, if it isn't, you get your money back.

Do both sessions and the readout. If it wasn't worth $999 to you, tell me within 7 days of the readout and I'll refund you in full.

"You always wonder if this kind of conversation will work or not, like having people that you really don't know before."

Frequently asked questions

Then it isn't the right time. It needs at least three leaders, because the value comes from seeing where you disagree, and with two people that doesn't happen. If a third leader can join later in the year, come back then.

Yes. A division, business unit or market inside a bigger company works the same way, as long as it brings in $3M to $50M and has at least three leaders who own its growth.

This isn't for you yet. The session assumes your product already sells, again and again. If you're still finding out who buys, the 90-day plan would be guesswork.

You have your slide, your ranked 90-day project list and what you won't take on this quarter, and you can run with them. In the readout I'll also tell you what I'd do next: ideal customer and positioning work with me, work on another part of the slide, or a referral to someone who's a better fit. There's no obligation to do any of it.

Then it's not the right time yet. The CEO has to be in both sessions, because the 90-day list only holds if the person who signs off on priorities helped make it. It's less time than it sounds: a 10 to 15 minute assessment, two 2-hour sessions in the same week, and a 30 to 40 minute readout. Nobody sits through slides. If you're the one who has to bring the CEO in, bring them to the 15-minute call.

Maybe not, everyone's stretched. Here's how Jessica at Stockpress put it after three sessions of ICP work: "did we all have time to do three, you know, almost two hours sessions, yes, but in our heads probably not. And I think ultimately it really worked for us." Before you book, think about who on your team would push back on two 2-hour sessions. If it's one of the three leaders you need, talk to them first. If you're not sure, bring it up on the call and I'll tell you honestly whether to wait.

You don't need a perfect team. You need three leaders who know how the business runs today. If one seat is empty or someone new just started, mention it on the call and I'll tell you whether it still makes sense.

For this year, probably. This is for 2027. Sessions run from October 20 to December 18, so your plan is ready before the new year's work starts. If your 2027 plan is already locked, tell me and I'll be straight with you about whether it's worth doing.

Josu at Voon Sports had the same worry. Here's what he said afterwards: "it was like a normal conversation, but it was like a little bit guided... It was not like, okay, I don't like this question or I'm like feeling pressure about what Maria is asking me. No, it was the opposite."

Paul at HydraMetrics saw that too: "there's always a little bit of resistance in an organization when you [face] change... But after a couple of meetings, I think that everybody saw the value and saw the need"

It's $999, and if it isn't worth that, you get it back within 7 days of the readout.

Five spots, because I run every session and write every readout myself, and five companies between October 20 and December 18 is what I can do properly. If they fill before the 19th, I'll close it early and say so here.

Ready to get your leaders at the same table?

Two working sessions and a readout. Your leadership team leaves with a clear 90-day plan, a list of what you won't do, and one slide everyone can point to.

You don't need a retainer, a months-long project or a new hire.
